Exchange / Refund Request

A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please review our Return Policy and Terms of Sale prior to submitting your request.

Normally, we will send out the item after we receive the returned item, it may take several days. If you require faster processing, please contact our customer service department. We would be glad to help you.

How to request exchange / refund?

  1. Login and review your order list.
  2. Click the order number and review the detail to make sure you want to request exchange / refund.
  3. Click "Exchange/Refund/Return Items" button and fill out request form.
